Leah Rowe 4488745cb6 trees: use CPUS=x on regular coreboot make ...

i already do this on crossgcc, but overlooked it on regular
builds where i just use -j, but coreboot's build system
makes use of the CPUS= option in make

use XBMK_THREADS for this
