Leah Rowe 885fcebd81 remove help commands (user should read docs) ...

i always say, code should never document itself.

that's what documentation is for. the releases
contain documentation under docs/ but the git
repository does not; for that, use the website.

(in practise, lbmk usually needs internet anyway)
