Libreboot 20241206 rev11 release

Browse Source 
fixes a few regressions in grub, since the 73 cve fixes were
merged in rev10

most notably, large files sometimes failed to load in rev10,
which caused some linux distros to fail booting if the
initramfs file was quite large

this release revision only adds GRUB fixes
