Leah Rowe	bc5e0bbbbb	fix config/submodule/ I accidentally removed a bunch of links in a previous change, that isn't pushed yet. due to gitignore rules, files in config/submodule/ have to be added manually using -f with the git add command. as a result, i need to be very careful when making changes, especially temporary changes. lbmk wasn't downloading files properly, because upstreams weren't defined. this patch fixes that.
